Skipper offer several types of approved navigation sounders. Our main navigation sounder SKIPPER GDS101 has already been deliveried in more than 5000 units, mostly to the merchant fleet, but also to large fishing vessels. SKIPPER also offer sounders with built-in paper recorders at attractive prices. SKIPPER offer flexible transducer solutions based on Tanks or Sea Valves, for all types of vessels.

Dual axis Doppler Log DL850 indicates speed in dual axis in water and above bottom, it could even indicate speed in three axis (Docking function), both for water speed and speed above bottom. DL850 have built in echo sounder and watertemp readout. SKIPPER EML224 is a dual axis elektro magnetic log which indicate speed in dual axis and sea water temperature. The EML224 is now also available with a Compact Display in 1 or 2 axis.

Both systems are wheelmark approved.

Miscellaneous repeaters

SKIPPER Transducers are designed for SKIPPER Navigation Echo Sounders. SKIPPER offers several different frequencies for different operational depths (24, 38, 50 and 200 kHz).

SKIPPER GDF 201 is a PC-based echo sounder. Skipper have developed and tested it in close cooperation with norwegian and swedish fishermen.

GDF201 is an well-known sounder, with more than 100 users.

SKIPPER 2035 is a very popular "best value for money" sounder suitable for small fishing vessels. Together with the other range of SKIPPER/ SUZUKI sounders we cover most of the fishery fleet.
